We are especially proud of our deep roots in community health, equipping Community Health Workers and Promotores with vital skills through our specialized training academies and training courses. We don't believe in one-size-fits-all solutions; we build custom roadmaps centered entirely around your unique vision and goals.

Margarita Holguin, MPA, is a nationally recognized leader, expert consultant, and the founder of Consulting Solutions, LLC, with over 30 years of public health executive leadership and strategic planning experience.

Selected as one of 15 national experts on the National Steering Committee for Promotores de Salud.
Pioneered and developed San Diego’s very first Promotores Academy.
Founded the annual Adelante Promotores Conference, a premier event running for over a decade.
Served as the founding Chair of the San Diego County Promotores Coalition.
Developed the official content for the County of San Diego CHW Academy Training.
Developed and instructs a specialized CHW Health Services Academy meeting state reimbursement rules.
